Once blended, Organic Silken Tofu wonderfully replaces cream and other dairy products in recipes such as béchamel sauce, tzatziki, smoothies, pudding and even chocolate mousse!
Our Silken Organic Tofu is made like the Organic Plain Tofu but is pressed for a shorter time. It is made in the Japanese style, meaning it is slightly firmer than the “pudding” (smooth) version that can be found in stores.
